amika tools purchased from unauthorized retailers are not covered under warranty. To verify an authorized retailer please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All warranty returns must include a proof of purchase.
Once returns are received, replacements are processed between 1-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your package to be delivered.
Should your original tool/ design print be no longer available, we will send you the latest tool design of equal value.
You will be charged a fee to cover shipping and handling of your replacement tool.
