My loving and insightful sister gave me your deluxe herbal set for christmas. I have had fibromyalgia for 23 years and manage pretty well. But, the pain is constant and sometimes debilitating. My sister heated the neck, back and eye packs on christmas morning and I was transported to an unfamiliar and more comfortable place for the rest of the day. Of course, that involved several "re-heats" but I was amazed by my comfort level. Decades ago I accepted that I would could never again expect to be pain free or, indeed, even somewhat more comfortable. christmas morning (and the days thereafter) have been proof that relief is possible. I have been unfortunate most of my life and have suffered through very dry, irritating skin.
