Simply return the product to our distribution center in the original packaging with a receipt dated within 30 days of the postal stamp (online purchased only), and we will issue a full refund, less shipping costs.
We also would be happy to exchange the product for another with no shipping charges for the new product.

Of course, we do not provide refunds when most of the product has been used. Please note that it takes between 1-2 weeks for us to process refunds – after the process is done we will issue a check via mail.
